I visit this Tim Hortons about five days a week, so this review is based on repeated experiences rather than a one-time visit.
One ongoing issue is that they frequently run out of cup sleeves. On at least three different visits recently, I was told there were no sleeves available. A sleeve is a basic necessity when serving hot coffee. Customers shouldn’t have to hold an extremely hot cup or risk burning their hands because the store is out of a standard item.

Coffee needs to be improved otherwise everything else is perfect. I love the atmosphere and staff.
