Well we had come for lunch around 1 pm and the manager was telling three people, I'm pretty sure they were homeless, that they had to leave, I don't know how long they were there but considering it's the Tim Hortons by City Library it's quite common for people who might appear homeless sitting in the restaurant for long periods of time. When I ask for, and pay for, a large coffee, I expect to receive a large cup *full* of coffee. Instead, 4 out of 5 times I get a half-empty cup, literally half empty. Then they have the nerve to argue with me. F off.

Worst service and disrespectful staff. One of the dirtiest location as well. I was there today around 11 am to order from drive thru.
