Wonderful experience and views at Bennett Bay Bistro! They have a large patio that over looks the bay. Server was super friendly and attentive. Portions are very generous and reasonably priced - I ordered the salmon burger which had a large piece of salmon.
Though I am not on Facebook, it doesn’t take long for word to travel on a small close knit island. Especially very sad news. I just learned today that the people who have been running the Bennett Bay Bistro for the past 13.5 years, the ones who have always reached out to help the community in so many ways when others were having hard times, have been asked to hand in their keys in a months time without explanation. What a phenomenal experience! Gorgeous Bay views, exceptional food, and wonderful service! Giant lawn games for the kids. Dog friendly patio. A perfect Island culinary destination!
