The restaurant excels in customer service, going above and beyond to meet specific requests. For instance, they created a Spiderman cake for a customer's grandson and added a pterodactyl dinosaur to another customer's cake, much to their delight. However, there have been isolated incidents of incorrect orders and charges. Sam could have refused business but stayed late and made the best Oreo Blizzard. He was polite, charismatic, and made a customer's night. Sometimes the staff are busy and do not pay attention to customers.
