Worst place I've ever gone. Won't be back.
I prefer to drive to this location. My favourite staff person is here - Farah. I know if she is on, my order will be correct - every time. Even if I stumble and order it wrong she knows what I mean and that's experience at work. This location has never given me a medium when I order a large. They never under fill the cup to add the whip topping and when my little asks for a sminkle (sprinkle) doughnut - they ask if she wants the round or the straight (if they have both options)...read full review
I want to start off by letting everyone know if I could give -5 stars I would but it’s harder to remove with 2 stars. My order 1 doughnut 2 ice caps 2 refreshers. Not much room for a mix up right. Well leave it up to Tim Hortons and their staff to not know what anything on their menu is call or how to make it.
