Friendly staff. Cramped and dim dining area
I’m not usually a big sundae/ice cream person, but a friend recommended this specific spot because they know I love fast service. Even though it was a super hot day and the store was packed, the team did an amazing job. The service was fast, we got a really nice greeting, and my sundae was perfect. The restaurant excels in customer service, going above and beyond to meet specific requests. For instance, they created a Spiderman cake for a customer's grandson and added a pterodactyl dinosaur to another customer's cake, much to their delight. However, there have been isolated incidents of incorrect orders and charges. Sam could have refused business but stayed late and made the best Oreo Blizzard. He was polite, charismatic, and made a customer's night. Sometimes the staff are busy and do not pay attention to customers. For those with a gluten allergy, there are not many gluten-free options, but the website is helpful for identifying what is safe to eat.
