Best staff . Dilpreet is very humble and deserves a raise .
I find every time I get a mocha moolatte it’s different and missing topping. One time it tasted like they dumped in a blizzard into it with chunks, ruined my drink. I know I should have sent it back, I hope they will improve, I like the DQ BRAND but my store loyalty can change.
Long wait, expensive prices, but the staff were friendly

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a range of meals and cakes for its customers. The food quality can vary, but the burger and the ice cream are excellent. The restaurant excels in customer service, going above and beyond to meet specific requests. For instance, they created a Spiderman cake for a customer's grandson and added a pterodactyl dinosaur to another customer's cake, much to their delight. However, there have been isolated incidents of incorrect orders and charges. Sam could have refused business but stayed late and made the best Oreo Blizzard. He was polite, charismatic, and made a customer's night. Sometimes the staff are busy and do not pay attention to customers. For those with a gluten allergy, there are not many gluten-free options, but the website is helpful for identifying what is safe to eat.
