“Food is fine. It's KFC--you know what you're getting.Service is usually good. They always seem overwhelmed, but that could just be their hussle. The app is horrible and never seems to work right, but all of the deals are tied to the app. That's not this store's fault, and I'm not taking away a star for it, but KFC corporate needs to get that fixed so I can have a reliable app experience.“
“I was at the food court on May 8, 2025 and the older lady that cleans the tables with the brown hair and glasses loves to hit people with her cart and laugh about it.....I have seen this happen a few times by her. It was quiet in the food court so she likes to hit seniors and laugh about it and go back into the doors and hideout...they get hurt by it too.“
