“The older reviews for this branch are disappointing, as they don't portray the quality of the location today.They shouldn't be removed, not at all, but they definitely talk about a different KFC than the one I've gone to a few times this year in 2019. So I'll add a caveat here to the beginning of my review that you should definitely take the older reviews in mind but recognize that they were posted several years ago. I've had a nostalgic place in my soul for KFC since I was a child. KFC was the ultimate treat: I only had it twice in my youth. So I have a soft spot for the brand.Which sucks, because most KFCs aren't good. The older reviews here are pretty accurate for a lot of KFC branches, honestly. I've gone to a few both here in Vancouver and where I grew up in Ontario, and I'd say the good vs. bad ratio isn't super great. Maybe one good branch for every two bad. It's awful.But this branch is good. It's my go-to. The one on Knight Street is closer to me but I prefer getting chicken from this one because it's light years better. I don't like all the other things on the KFC menu. Somehow, the sauce always hurts my tongue. So I usually just get the original recipe chicken buckets. Sometimes I also get the popcorn chicken. What I get always comes out perfect, not too greasy or salty. It's always packaged well and the meat is always good quality; none of that gristle stuff. Really no complaints at all about this branch.“

“I placed an online order from the 6487 Knight St , location. And after placing my order, I decided to go and read the reviews. After reading the first 5 reviews, I became nervous, as they were all very negative reviews on cleanliness, on management, on food quality etc... Honestly, I was expecting the worst.But then, the delivery driver arrived. He was very well mannered, well dressed, clean, respectful and kind. He delivered my food (15 minutes earlier than expected), he smiled and said thank you. The food was all correct, it was hot, and fresh, and fully cooked. Overall, I was blown away by their standards. I am in the Food Service Industry myself, as well as a Licensed Card Holder of the NFSTP (National Food Safety Training Program) of British Columbia. And while I didn't see the kitchen.. by the food I received, its Quality, and by the Customer Service I received.. I would give this location a 5 Star rating!!Not only am I a Happy Customer, but.. I will definitely be a return customer!!I phoned the manager, to let them know just how Happy I was with the Food Service that I received!! Way to go Knight Street KFC in Vancouver!!“
“Pre ordered a big amount of chicken and sides for a Super Bowl family get together, everything was perfect, hot and crispy chicken, hot fresh fries and some delicious Mac salad and gravy. What we got went a very long way and the cost was, in my book, a bargain.“
