“I recently visited KFC and had an excellent experience, all thanks to **Rishab**. His customer service was exceptional friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on ensuring every customer was happy. He handled my order quickly and with a smile, making the entire visit smooth and pleasant.

It’s refreshing to see someone go above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Keep up the great work, Rishab! You truly represent the best of KFC’s hospitality. 👏🍗“

“Fantastic experience at this KFC location in Guildford Mall! Even during peak shopping hours, the staff were friendly, efficient, and got the order out hot and crispy in no time. The dining space was kept clean and tidy, making it a very comfortable spot to take a break and recharge. Great food, prompt service, and top-notch atmosphere for a mall location. Will definitely stop by again!“

“For the first time someone matched our level and kept up with the order. Quick, easy and efficient. The guy didn't give his name but he's working on June 24 @7:40ish at the drive thru. Excellent service after a very long time at KFC!!“

“KFC is the perfect balance of comfort, flavor, and consistency. The chicken is always cooked to perfection golden, crispy, and packed with that world-famous taste. Every meal feels satisfying, whether it’s a quick bite or a family feast. Their sides complement the chicken beautifully, and the service is quick and friendly. KFC isn’t just fast food it’s comfort food done right, and it never fails to hit the spot.“

“Lovely warm staff.
Hot fresh food.
Gr8 value deals!
A wee bit slower as they tend 2 focus on Drive-Thru first.
Dining room tabletops need more frequent attention.
Nice outdoor patio too.
Clean restrooms.“

“Just had a great experience at KFC! 🍗 The chicken was hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned just how you expect it. The sides were fresh, especially the fries and gravy — always a favorite. Service was quick and staff were friendly, which made the visit even better. Definitely a go-to spot when you're craving comfort food. Will be coming back again!“

“I usually go to this KFC and had a really good experience and the best customer service today. Harwinder was helping us out and she was very friendly and helpful, also the food was very fresh and quick. Arsh and Tania are very polite and humble and give nice customer service. Earlier there was a manager named Manpreet who used to give us the service usually but was not here this time. She was amazing with the staff and customer service as well.“
