Had to wait over 20 minutes to get this disgusting greasy chicken! See the grease left in the bottom of the bucket??? Gross!!!!
And can you tell me how a 12 piece bucket of chicken does not include a keel??? A chicken is cut into 9 pieces, hence the 9 piece box. 2 drums, 2 thighs, 2 ribs, 2 wings and ONE keel!!! Service from drive thru was very poor. Poorly trained employees being rude and on top of that my order was wrong. The food packer can’t even count to 12 as my 4 year old can. Went back and assistant manager being very rude. Will not go back again.

KFC offers polished box meals with fresh sides and extremely fresh chicken. While the food quality is consistent, some find the spicy chicken not spicy at all.
