I barely go to this particular location however when I do go there, they always screw up my order. Firstly no one knows customer service there not even the person in-charge. Probably the worst kfc ever. The staff is very very rude. Keeps you waiting while the staff talks and jokes inside. They just keep complaining about everything and about kfc. Please avoid this place.
