Nothing worse then getting home with breakfast and its half made. Ordered a sausage and egg .forgot the sausage ...what a boring bland ripoff. Guess will try the other Tim Hortons next time.
I’m a regular customer, I usually order the blackberry protein quencher every single day, that’s my favorite one, but last 3 days when I ordered the same drink was very light as if you only drink milk no flavor, so today I ordered from the drive thru, and I asked them to make it good and I shared with them how it was tasting last 3 times, but same thing happened again. Parksville location has a good quality comparing to this location.
ordered an Americano, but I was served a double espresso instead. It wasn’t what I ordered,I hope more attention is paid to customer orders in the future to ensure better service.
