ordered an Americano, but I was served a double espresso instead. It wasn’t what I ordered,I hope more attention is paid to customer orders in the future to ensure better service.
Nicole laid out, very clean, friendly staff, all good
do not go to this tims when its busy. i ordered 2 double doubles both in which did not have sugar, steeped tea was not steeped either it tastes like water with cream. also paid for 2 double stacked breakfast sandwiches and they gave us sausage only. theres a certain level of understanding when its busy, but getting the entire order wrong PLUS bad quality drinks is insane. paying better attention during rushes and actually getting orders correct is going to help you in the long...read full review
