“A great little cupcake shop in the Old City quarter of Nanaimo. We got a Coconut Cream cupcake and a Berry Cupcake w Cream Cheese. Both were extremely delicious. The shop while compact was laid out very nicely and the desserts were presented in a very appealing manner. The staff person was friendly and helpful. The store was nice and bright and had a fairy tale vibe to it. Prices were very reasonable and it is located quite centrally on Fitzwilliam. Definitely a place to check out more than once.“

“Nice location easily accessible by bus [route #1] and with many other shops in the same mall/area. Very friendly and helpful staff, you can clearly see all of their items on display in the shop and they slice your bread when you buy it. The baked goods are incredibly fresh, picked up a pack of apple cinnamon hot cross buns [multiple flavors/varieties available!] and a loaf of bread, both were baked earlier today. The hot cross buns are amazing! Will definitely be back again to explore more of their offerings.“

Around 12:17 a white boy took my order and he made it exact same ice latte which i was expecting and the egg wrap was fantastic perfectly grilled and also the girl who made the wrap was amazing.

“I went in yesterday and Jae was absolutely amazing. Every time I go in she is just such a delight to serve anyone, she’s always quick, friendly, and thoughtful. The only downside of my time there was watching the other young lady there, Rayne, not helping either the front or the drive thru as she was being asked to. She walked past me before dancing around the lobby several times before Jae came out from the back and immediately served me with a big smile which is the only reason my review is actually good.“
