“Christmas Eve 2024 Papa Saved the day. I called from Ottawa, I had a last minute idea, due to the mail strike my birthday and Christmas cards would not make it in time. My mom loves donuts and tomorrow is also her birthday. I ordered a box of donuts for her and Papa, himself, and Papa saved the day by delivering it to her door for me as a surprise treat to celebrate her birthday and Christmas. “Your local Tim’s in Parksville! We came to have doughnuts after seeing the beautiful sunset at Qualicum Beach. The place is cozy and is comfortable to dine in. This place also has benches and seats outside to sit and eat. Staff were friendly and prompt.

One con I would mention is the staff noticed that they were out of Garlic and Herbs snacks after we asked for it! Then on they started baking them.

Washroom is pretty decent like other Tim’s locations.

The foods coming out of this kitchen begin at superb and get better! they also have a good selection of British Columbia wines, have your server suggest one. “The new owners have kept all the old favourites that the customers like, as well as adding new items such as chocolate covered carrot cake bites that were a big hit at Christmas, and delicious fruit pies and cakes that are as light as a feather with European style icing that melts in your mouth. Also, every week new Indian items are added, such as special soups with a splash of Curry that are exposing us to exciting new flavours. Extra tables have been added inside and out, because more and more customers want to sit, enjoying a coffee and a pastry, or a delicious egg bite or a bowl of soup of the day. But it’s the friendly atmosphere, the great customer service and the happy, positive vibes that make this spot a magnet for customers, old and new.
