Stopped here on our way to the ferry for some Dippin Chicken. Friendly service. They know how to make their chicken strips!
Great burgers and service, but the fries were not hot and had obviously been sitting for some time. Not up to Triple O's usual excellent standard.
Triple O’s has the best fast food in the city, it’s delicious. However, the best thing about coming here is the staff. They do a great job. It is so refreshing to see dedicated young workers taking the time to do things properly.

Triple O's Nanaimo is a welcoming restaurant with excellent service. The staff, including the woman at the counter and the lady at the front, are polite and attentive. The food is delicious, with options such as vegetarian breakfast items, lettuce wraps for keto diets, and the BEST grilled chicken burger. The bacon cheddar burger is great value, and the salads are always fresh. Service is good, with staff catering to food allergies and always offering a smile. While there have been past issues with slow service and inconsistent orders, recent improvements deserve praise. The restaurant's beautiful views of Mount Benson and clean atmosphere make it a pleasant dining experience, though some attention to assembling meals better is needed. Triple O's may not be cheap, but the taste is definitely the best.
