Amazing people working here, great food too!
We were driving home after flying into Nanaimo one night, starved and wanting a burger. I'd never tried Triple O's but they were a quick dip off the main road so in we went... the lights were on but the store appeared closed down. We were within hours and someone answered the speaker at the window, so we ordered a couple loaded burgers. Triple O's Nanaimo is a welcoming restaurant with excellent service. The staff, including the woman at the counter and the lady at the front, are polite and attentive. The food is delicious, with options such as vegetarian breakfast items, lettuce wraps for keto diets, and the BEST grilled chicken burger. The bacon cheddar burger is great value, and the salads are always fresh. Service is good, with staff catering to food allergies and always offering a smile. While there have been past issues with slow service and inconsistent orders, recent improvements deserve praise. The restaurant's beautiful views of Mount Benson and clean atmosphere make it a pleasant dining experience, though some attention to assembling meals better is needed. Triple O's may not be cheap, but the taste is definitely the best.
