I love going to the Hume and recommend this spot to anyone at anytime.
The Hume double charged my rooms for almost $1000 extra and only reversed it when I brought it to their attention. The food was ok but not outstanding (my $46 fillet was way overcooked and under seasoned) and I stayed in the barrister suite which was again nice but nothing worth writing home about. Feels like a 3 star hotel at best and the food has gone down hill considerably. It was also quite noisy until around 2am each night. I would not book this hotel again. For $952...read full review
Chicken fingers took over an hour. Lemon pie took 40 minutes but hey if ur not in a rush go.
