“Sprout has the most delicious and flavorful vegan food! I have loved everything I've tried on their menu. Some of my favs are the Baja Cauli Tacos (seriously their Cauliflower in any of their dishes is amazing!!), Falafel Bowl and Curry Bowl. It's such a great spot and has the friendliest staff! I'm so thankful to have such an amazing vegan restaurant in Nelson! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, you won't be disappointed!“

“This restaurant is a hidden gem in Nelson, BC and serves amazing Taiwanese-style vegetarian food; the meals even taste better than most vegetarian restaurants in Metro Vancouver. My friends are not vegetarians but they did enjoy their meals. The Pot-Stickers and Chow-Mein are the must-try. We will be back soon.“

“The staff are really nice and helped get water for my friend's dog too. The latté was great and the croissant was top notch. Looks like they have many wonderful baked things. The conversation was friendly. Only downside, it's a bit loud in the main part, but you can go on the patio and it's a little quieter there, also gloriously full of light.“

“Beautiful atmosphere . We parked close by and decided to see what was inside. The sitting area in the summer is hidden within trees and there was a sound of a water fountain. My kids loved it felt like sitting in a treehouse. The inside sitting area is all real wood absolutely beautiful. They are more laid back here so service is slow but they are really nice. The food was wholesome and delicious. If we pass by here again we will come back.“

“Great food and service! The cocktail list is interesting and creative. I had the Marlin Brando. Sweet and tart deliciousness. They have a lunch special that sounded really good but I chose the Yum-Son noodle bowl. The meat was done perfectly and the sauce and other “stuff” was fresh and tasty. My boyfriend had the yellow curry. Also excellent! My only negative was the tip prompt on the pos terminal started at 22%.... I think that’s an industry trend though.“
