“Absolutely love this place! We have needed a healthy quick place to eat out or takeaway for a long time. The food is excellent and the owner just a lovely person! I would only make 2 recommendations (not criticizing just suggestions) to maybe add a soup (although the one they have is FANTASTIC) and more drink options. Other than that I could eat here every day! I really appreciate, in the days of gouging, that the prices for quality food are fair!“

“This restaurant is a hidden gem in Nelson, BC and serves amazing Taiwanese-style vegetarian food; the meals even taste better than most vegetarian restaurants in Metro Vancouver. My friends are not vegetarians but they did enjoy their meals. The Pot-Stickers and Chow-Mein are the must-try. We will be back soon.“

“Some of the best hotdogs and milkshakes ever! Their milkshakes are very decent size (two big scoops) so make sure you are not too full! Great staff and awesome patio to enjoy the weather. Lots of free parking in the residential area behind at the top of the hill.“

“Great Mexican food. Fresh and tasty. The place is clean and has a nice atmosphere. The menu includes a variety of appetizers and nice choices of tacos, burritos, and enchiladas. Customer service is spot on. Prices are decent. If you are in the Nelson area, make sure to have a bite at Cantina Del Centro.“

“We went for a quick grab breakfast in the morning. Asked them to customise our breakfast sandwiches and they did it amazingly. The chai lattes and the americano were amazing too. The cookie and baked goods section looked too good.
Service was pleasant. The girl taking orders had a big smile while taking orders and inspite it being so busy.“

“Great food. Love the well integrated spices and flavours. Don’t forget to check out the KTK Masala shop across the street! You can get their sauces and chutneys to take home, and all kinds of other ethic delights, asian & local produce AND locally grown gourmet mushrooms. What a treat!“

“I recently had the pleasure of eating a lunch sandwich at this establishment. I learned an important lesson on the day. That being my half stale sandwiches i make at home arnt actually all that bad. I guess eating the savoury wet hotcross bun they provided puts things into perspective. Due to this experience i'll be sure to eat more sandwiches at home.

“Great food and service! The cocktail list is interesting and creative. I had the Marlin Brando. Sweet and tart deliciousness. They have a lunch special that sounded really good but I chose the Yum-Son noodle bowl. The meat was done perfectly and the sauce and other “stuff” was fresh and tasty. My boyfriend had the yellow curry. Also excellent! My only negative was the tip prompt on the pos terminal started at 22%.... I think that’s an industry trend though.“
