I have come here many time before, but the recent attendance i was not unpleasant. The reason is every time i always order curstard and a other flavor , but this time i order custard and bacon pizza and she miss hear my order by make 2 bacon pizza and does not give me time to check back. in this situation she does not say apologize or ask anything she claim that it was my fault not to check and not hear her ??? And the store only have 3 customers who are not even talking outloud

Came to this location many times, had no problems. But today I experienced horrible customer service from the lady today at Nov 10 around 6pm. There is no policy stated anywhere, for how long we can sit there. I was more than happy to leave for others to sit down, but the lady kicked us out in a really rude way and was really mean. I wouldn’t have a problem with leaving if I was asked to leave in a nice way.

The Mango Yogurt Milk Bingsoo is amazing. Not too sweet, yet creamy but light and not too heavy. It’s very refreshing and the regular size is perfect for two. The mango pieces were sweet and ripe. The flavour was great and the milk ice comes in frozen shreds that are super fine and smooth.

We are a family reviewing this place. We ordered a bingso. The quality is great and we managed to finish a Large order. It means the slush, the cream, the toppings were awesome here. The location is great. Actually we were craving for something fresh, fizzy, frosty, cold thing in the summer and we just hopped on the skytrain and it drove us to this store located next to New West skytrain station. So 10/10 for location. BUT, I was super dissapointed with a dine in food store without a washroom for customers??! That really sucks. Eating this kind of thing will trigger all of us in the bladder and therefore we need to take a leak right away, guys. And the store advised us to come over to the cinema to take a leak but the cinema says NO to us. So, we have to hold tight and caught the train to go home. No WC such a pathetic terrible experience. But maybe next time I make sure I will take a leak b4 coming here.

everything is good but lowest default tip option is 25% that's actually inexcusably predatory. sorted in reverse order
workers had very brief and effective order processing, delivered taiyaki to my table and explained which of my taiyaki was which. love the service
