The server are great interns of service. However there in one senior employee, who has a short hair n looks in her mid 50, walkways touches her nose with bare hands or cover her cough by the palm of her hands. At this point that public is aware of respiratory disease n how to protect themselves and others an employee who works in food industry handling food all her shift should be aware of avoiding these behaviours. One day as I was getting my coffee I felt weird because I was wearing mask talking to her to get my order but she was keep wiping her nose. I didn’t feel taking my order as I felt her hand an are contaminated and I canceled my order. She is a very nice lady with great service and I hope she also becomes aware of these behaviour that’s might be unknown to her.

I found huge pieces of egg shell right after I opened the wrapper! I understand sometimes you might find a tiny piece inside the egg, but this is VERY noticeable and the fact that they didn’t see this while making the sandwich is crazy!!!

Hello! On Tuesday, July 11, I ordered a medium chain tea latte and other items from Tim Hortan and was totally dissatisfied with the service. However, the complaint is about the latte—they added an unnecessary expresso shot without my permission, so the entire cup was a waste for me as well as my time, money, waiting in line.Many thanks.

After the redesign they have no sense of order what is on an order. They tried to get mad at me when I ask for the donut I paid for as if I didnt order it. I doubt Ill go back.
