Today we visited there and we guys ordered pistachios Iced Capp and after 15 or 20 minutes later they said we don’t have this one. If they guys don’t have why they mentioned there on device even they didn’t told us when we ordered they told after 20 minutes. Such an unprofessional they are for their work.
I have been to this location so many times and most of the time I had problem with my food order. This Monday it was so annoying to have the same problem. I ordered a chipotle veggie wrap. I was waiting for my order from 25 mins. The asian lady on that station firstly missed my wrap and when i was trying to explain her she was not even able to comprehend what i was saying. Yeah the service is really slow, but its not a Big store and has mobile, kiosk and lineup orders to manage while already being an extremely busy location. People need to remember its not just students who order here. Over the year of visiting this location, I've just learned to order way ahead, have an idea of when its busy vs not (Service is friendly and quick when its not busy just btw!) and just generally not order if I'm in a rush.
