Wok Box Queensborough offers multiple vegetarian and vegan options, making it a great choice for those with dietary restrictions. The service is generally described as adequate, with staff being friendly and helpful, such as assisting with opening the door. However, there was an incident where a customer felt uncomfortable with the assumption that extra money paid was a tip, which negatively affected their dining experience. The food and interior of the restaurant received mixed feedback, with some finding it decent and satisfactory, while others did not specifically comment on it.
