“I don’t often post reviews but I have to give a huge shout out to this store for saving me! The birthday cake I made for my son fell on the floor 10min before kids started showing up for his party. I called the store, explained what happened, and within an hour they free-hand created a “Fortnite but without the guns” custom cake, which was AMAZING!! I’m so thankful!!!“
“I have been meaning to write this location a review for a couple months... and after a visit last night i knew i had to hop on and get it done!
This is the best DQ location around! I have three kids and we seem to be regulars now, haha. Between an evening ice cream, or my kids love of their chicken strips, this is our fave new spot/location.
The food is always hot, and made to order. The location is very clean and well taken care of. But most of all... THE STAFF ARE SOOOOOOOO SWEET!!!!!
I cannot say enough, always smiling, always up for a little chat or laugh.
Even when my son would go with his friends they come home and say how nice the staff are. Teenagers don't always have the best experiences in my experience, so for these boys to always being saying how nice the staff are shows me they are this kind to EVERYONE!
Lastly... last night was the crazy power outages and wind storm that shut down half of north van. This poor location kept power and must have been the busiest place on the whole north shore hahah... two young ladies working it together and they did such a great job. You could see the leaves everywhere inside the restaurants from the door imply opening, the wind was so wild. They kept it together with a smile on their faces. I hope they are both recognized for their excellent job, under such a stressful situation!
