“The pastries are out of this world - rich, flaky, and some of the best flavour combinations I've had at a cafe. With the owner being Korean, there are some really interesting and tasty Korean fusion pastries, like the Maple Bacon Gochujang. The Guayaba Goat Cheese remains my favourite though!“

“I had such a great experience at Pressato Sandwich Bar! The sandwiches are incredibly fresh and full of flavor, definitely some of the best European style sandwiches I've had in Vancouver. You can really tell they use quality ingredients, and every bite tastes authentic.
I also tried their coffee, and it paired perfectly with the sandwich. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.
A special thanks to Stephan, who was so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the menu and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.
If you're looking for a place that brings real European flavors with excellent service, this is definitely worth visiting. I'll absolutely be coming back to try more from the menu. Highly recommended!“

“I first visited this matcha gelato shop in 2023 and have been thinking about it ever since. During my return trip to Vancouver in 2026, I made a special stop just to have it again. The range of matcha gelato, from mild to intensely rich, is perfect for every matcha lover. Three years later, it was just as delicious as I remembered. Absolutely worth the trip back.“

“The Rose Lychee Cake was a delightful surprise! It had a very refreshing and light texture, making it an easy dessert to enjoy without feeling too heavy. The rose flavor was especially impressive—the aroma was strong, elegant, and beautifully infused throughout the cake. It gave the dessert a unique floral fragrance that stood out without becoming overwhelming.

The lychee pieces added a wonderful fruity sweetness and a refreshing burst of flavor with every bite. The combination of the floral notes from the rose and the natural sweetness of the lychee created a very balanced and sophisticated taste. Despite having a noticeable sweetness, the cake was never overly sugary or greasy.

What surprised me the most was how a seemingly simple cake could deliver such a memorable experience. The texture was light, the flavors were clean and refreshing, and every component worked well together. It’s a dessert that feels delicate yet thoughtfully crafted.

Overall, I really enjoyed the Rose Lychee Cake. It’s a great choice for anyone who enjoys lighter desserts with unique flavors. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely come back to try more of their cakes!“

“I’ve been a regular customer for a long time but recently I ordered a wedding cake from Tanya. She listened to my vision and created a beautiful masterpiece for my intimate wedding. I also had to transport it on the ferry and she had it packaged so well, it arrived in one piece. From cake tasting to pickup, it was all very seamless and of course the cake tasted amazing. We chose the lemon olive oil gateau which tasted bright and not too rich. We’ll definitely order again when we have another occasion.“

“Traveling from out of the country and wanted to get something sweet. Stopped here and this place is incredible. We walked in and the woman behind the counter made us feel like she was welcoming us into her home. We explained our situation and she gave us a TON of recommendations and even told us about stuff to see in the area. The dessert itself was sweet, but not over the top. It was tremendous. You can the taste the care and attention to detail in every bite. Cant reccomend enough. Will be back!“

“It was almost closing time and cakes were only limited. I wanted to buy a mango cake for my daughter’s birthday but there’s no mango cake at the time. Owner made us for a mango cake just in 10 minutes and it was really yummy and good portion for my daughter. Thank you so much for everything!“

“I got the hojicha latte with oat milk and half sweet and an egg tart. It was pretty good, the hojicha flavor was there and nice but I like it to be a strong roasty flavor. The egg tart was yummy, custardy and crispy. I got it warmed up but it wasn't warm all the way in the center, it was still good though.

I went in the afternoon and they had a limited selection of pastries so I suggest going earlier for more selection of croissants, cheesecake and pastries. Staff are nice. They have open seating with big windows, nice space and atmosphere“

“Super tasty. I was so so so surprised when i tried their macha cheese cake. I never write comment for any cafe and this is my first time. They definitely deserve my first time comment. Unforgettable. Strongly recommend if you love macha or you dont like cake to be too sweet“

I am mostly disappointed in the fruit cakes, like The Mango, which is basically white chocolate with mango puree and it does not taste good at all.
Otherwise, great pastries and drinks and the place looks cool.“

“Consistency of excellent quality is one of Breka’s outstanding attributes. It is rare that their products, be it baked goods or beverages, will ever disappoint.
This location can be busy which means turnover of goods will ensure freshness but it can also mean that currently they’re “out of stock”. Nevertheless, alternative choices will usually suffice and have your mate asking for a bite of what you got. 😋
This may also mean waiting for service but with a little patience your number will be served with a smile, hopefully you’re not in too much of a hurry, because it’s a great place to relax and savour the moment.“

“even though i had this like two days after i bought it IT WAS STILL INSANELY SOFT like it pulled apart like a cloud like a pillow WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT but i was shocked !! the sweet bolo top is not as crumbly or crunchy as other ones ive tried before, but i wasn’t too fussed about that. i was a bit conflicted about the flavour of the bbq pork bun though — on the one hand, i think the filling may have been slightly too salty/savoury and there was an odd alcohol-y taste that i can’t put my finger on, but on the other hand, in sOME bites it was balanced AMAZINGLY by the sweetness of the bun. i did enjoy the little bits of chunky fatty pork mingling throughout though!“
