I went hiking on the weekend and visited Namhansanseong Fortress to have lunch on the way down! Because it was the weekend, there was a bit of a wait, but after waiting for about 20 minutes, I was able to get in quickly after being guided by a friendly server.The special sundae soup and stir-fried pods that I always ordered... were delicious any time I ate them!! I waited about 40 minutes to eat it during the day on a Sunday, and it was fresh as it was my first time eating Makchang Sundaeguk.The sundae was soft and delicious. If you eat sundae soup in Korea, you leave out the sundae, but here, the sundae is the best.It's delicious. I also loved that you can adjust the spiciness!

When in North Van, South Castle is my favourite place to visit. I particularly enjoy their pork tofu soup. They can get busy at times and take out is an option. However soups are probably best for dine in.
