“I was offered this free sample of the chicken. It was so juicy and tasty, I couldn't say no. We got the mixed combo. It was a decent portion. Nicely decorated and tasted fine.
Think this is a solid 4 star restaurant. I think the food was really good. The meat wasn't as juicy as the sample but other than that, the rest was good.
Service was pretty good. Is it 5 star good? No. We sat outside under an umbrella. Nice, but not a 5 star.“

“Our waitress Jaclyn was a real crowd pleaser! She was high energy from the first hello to the final goodbye. She got to know us and when she learned about our love of pickle backs… next thing we know there is a round coming to our table! What a great surprise and a fun way to transition from dinner to the concert we were seeing. The Sports Bar also had staff present to help direct and walk along customers from the sports bar to a near by door for easy access to Rogers arena as a private event was blocking the usual door. This was a nice touch as we feared we would have to wait in the long lines outside in the rain. Once again the team at the Sports Bars went above and beyond. “My husband and I came from the US and were just touring around the area a couple days ago, when we came across this pub. We decided to stop in and ended up having such a great experience!

We both ordered the pasta and it was SO good! We were honestly surprised when we found out it was made in-house. Definitely did not expect the food to be that good from a pub!

Also, a huge shout out to our server/bartender, Dg! She was super friendly and answered all our questions, she’s super attentive and she knows what we need without even asking her!! Especially when it came to drinks. I mentioned that I wanted a cosmopolitan but didn’t see it on the menu, and she overheard me and offered to make one. Let me just say…it was probably one of the best cosmos I’ve ever had!

Usually I don’t expect pubs to make cocktails that is not on their menu, but Dg definitely knows what she’s doing. The way she made the drink and explained everything made it feel like we were at a cocktail bar!!

Overall, Dg was amazing and really made our visit memorable. Great food, great drinks, and even better service. We’ll definitely come back if we’re in the area again!“

“We hosted our wedding weekend welcome party at Courtside and it was the greatest celebration imaginable! The food and drinks were fantastic, the decor and music perfectly to our vibe, but most of all the staff were joyful, accommodating and went above and beyond to curate the best party ever. If you love sports and good times you will LOVE this bar. Our friends and family were blown away but the incredible assortment of memorabilia and the high quality of everything inside. We definitely kept their bartenders busy but they worked with a smile on their faces and so much energy all night.“

“Today my friend and I stopped in for a quick cold beer, we found this place to be inviting. The members/customers were all very friendly and helpful. They have a nice little pool table, pull tabs, cheap beers, friendly staff, and a smoking area that had a nice breeze way. The place is very organized, very clean and well run. There are lots of things such as events, and draws and raffles going on here steady throughout the week and weekends in the summer. The decor is very fresh and it has a really nice upbeat feel to the place. My friend and I are definetly coming back more often.“
