“The food here was excellent! We were very impressed. Kamel was our waitress and she was fantastic. She was super positive and polite and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered a kids Mac and cheese and she even offered to bring it on a plate instead of a bowl so that it would cook faster for my son. That was such a wonderful thing to do! We ordered beef dips, poutine, the kids Mac and cheese. And we also ordered bowls of the beef barley soup. The soup was phenomenal! And to our surprise it was also Kamel that made that. We will certainly be back again.”

“This establishment is a winner in every category. We were a group of 6 seniors. Everyone ordered a different dish and noone was disappointed. It was fantastic! Given that it was December, the restaurant was packed. Yet everyone was looked after. Our Server Kylee ( not sure I spelt her name correctly) gave us just the perfect amount of attention. The quality of the food and the amount certainly was not reflected in the price. Very reasonable. Definitely a hidden gem!!”

“We spent a week in the Okanagan and this was by far the best meal we had. From service to quality it was all above and beyond. Waitress checked in on us for drinks/food, hostess checked in to see if we were comfortable sitting on the patio(in the 35 degree heat) and the bartender checked in to see if drinks were satisfactory. Would 110% come back. Kid friendly which was a plus”

“asked for a custom cut steak ....was there on a Tuesday was going back on Friday......showed up Friday and a 30 Oz ribeye fresh from oliver butcher was waiting for me .......Chef had gone and picked up .....First time cooking one that big .....he did 2 steaks for our group with mushrooms from the owners garden some onion jam , garlic potatoes, broccoli, and spinach.......asked for medium rare ......DONE PERFECT.....I have had same steak in Texas, las vegas , vancouver , Chef beat them all......service was excellent.....can't say enough about how well it all was ....It's not on menu but recommend asking ....will definitely try again when back.....”

“Sonia was wonderful. She has some amazing customer service skills and takes her job of serving customers very seriously. I didn't catch her name, but the lady who was working in the morning and who also does catering/banquets was exceptional. During an event on Saturday, she went out of her way to get my son a lemonade as it wasn't on the list of other juices at the brunch. Incredibly thoughtful.”

“Conner is the best server. We had a friend from Holland with us and he took the time to talk to us. He actually remembered us from last year, which was amazing as we only come once a year. Food was very good. We sat outside on the patio and the grounds and the flowers were so beautiful. We definitely would come again as we usually come when we come to Osoyoos

What a perfect choice , the service the food and atmosphere was perfect, we really enjoyed being there and it made our weekend to have dinner there as a family. I can’t say enough how good the ribs were I had , seafood souvlaki my wife had and a cheese pizza our son had, so good. I hope everyone goes by your restaurant to enjoy great food and service . Cinnamon bun, raisin bran muffin super delicious. If you live in osoyoos and haven’t discovered this local gem, don’t miss out.”

“Excellent range of vegan sorbettos - they have 5-6 fruity flavours, including Okanagan peach if you want something local. Don’t know how they make it, but they manage to give it a super creamy consistency, that makes you forget that it’s a sorbetto and not a gelato :)”

“Pizza factory is a good place for people who like mid price food that’s delicious and the restaurant has a enough space to eat properly.The staff is very nice and all of them deserve some kindness for cooking delicious meals same for the delivery person also the bar is quite exquisite because it has a lot of drinks to pick from like Oscar and jack Daniels and many more.And the delivery is pretty fast so that’s good so your pizza doesn’t get cold and it stays hot and delicious just like they cooked it honestly the restaurant is just a 5 star restaurant that is not expensive or cheap it’s just right in the middle.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“A little known hide away restaurant with spectacular views of the lake. My favourite place to sip a cocktail or a local glass of wine with some delicious tapas.
