Second time that we have gone through the drive through this week and the lady inside was complaining about how she doesn’t want to be there and she has lost her patience, the other employees looked embarrassed.
The new Summer drinks were only 2/3rds full as we didn’t order ice, which the young man at the window said is what they do when you don’t order ice.
I have a child with Autism who is sensitive to cold, so I never order ice .
