Bless her heart, she was only working with the tools she was given, you can't fault Miss Karen (I think is her name) for that, she was really trying hard to keep it together, that's difficult being short handed & 1 of only 2 people working in the entire restaurant.They were a wee bit behind, but not by a whole lot, I can wait an extra 10 mins, that's not a problem, the hard part was watching her struggle with very little or no up front help, as the other employee was busy preparing...read full review
Crispy chicken was anything but crispy. Didn’t give me my salad. Haven’t gone for years I think they don’t know how to cook the chicken here. Won’t be back was not finger licking good.

Went down the road to another fast food place and ordered our food and got it in a shorter time than we waited to be served at KFC.
