common sense, when ordering food through the drive through shouldn't be common sense to put napkins in the bag with the order, maybe you don't use them where you come from, we use them here
I stopped in for breakfast this morning. I like my bagels toasted crispy so I ask for double toasted. It was burnt to a crisp. The sandwich my wife ordered was great till halfway through when it had a foul taste and smell.
We called to let them know of our issue but no one answered the phone. Will not go back.
