Craft Breweries in Port Alberni

“Popped in on a rainy Saturday afternoon en route (sadly) from Tofino back to the Cow Valley and glad I did.
This spot has a very cool, home-y setup with a main level inside and out, as well as an upper level patio all very dog friendly. I can't stress how friendly. As bummed as I was leaving Tofino, Shannon's energy made the minor detour one I'll remember in my visit to Dog Mountain. Not to mention all four beers on my flight were worthy of grabbing cans to go. Small town vibe where everybody knows eachother and I was welcomed just the same. Stop here on your travels, if you don't enjoy it, it's you, not them.“

“It’s always great, been coming to Twin for over 3 years and it’s always getting better. The pizzas are probably the best brewery pizzas you can get on the island (half and half is the best feature!). A large list of tap brews all the time and they’re always experimenting with new flavours/pours so when you come in 9/10 times there’s something new to try. The atmosphere is very nice too, the staff is always wonderful and sweet to interact and chat with.“

“Great service, better than average food nice atmosphere. The kitchen was able to accommodate adjustments to each order due to food allergies/preferences. Not enough vegan options but glad there were a couple of choices. Please note that the vegan burger IS typically grilled with other meat products unless requested otherwise.“
