I visit repeatedly so I have a lot of examples for my opinions.Harbour Scoop has continually blown me away since the new owners took over. They are kind, friendly, and helpful. Their ice cream is delicious, and they've expanded their menu to include a variety of hot and cold treats. They are teaching the youth to work, handle money, and serve customers. This is what business should look like. That's not all!Here is the kicker: THE PIE!I just purchased a slice of their peach pie. It is STILL HOT!
