“We love this location as the food and service are usually a hit but we recently had a daytime server named Arlene who was acting like we were greatly inconveniencing her with our presence. She was so cold and unwelcoming that we felt uncomfortable, like we couldn't ask her for anything. She would drop something off and leave, ignoring our attempt to try and talk to her, avoiding all eye contact. When my companion tried to get her attention, she actually held a finger up and told us to wait. Very disrespectful.“

After many visits to the area, we opted to take a chance and visit a different restaurant in the area. Wow! We were blown away. There was one time I spilled a very expensive tequila drink and they replaced it without even charging me for the second drink. It was totally my fault but they comped me another drink anyway. My wife and I have probably been here over 40 times in the past year and a half, and it's always excellent.“

Thankfully, Simran, one of the staff members, handled the situation very professionally and kindly. She immediately looked into the problem, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was sorted out. “Had not been to a C-Lovers location in a few years. This one was a delightful experience all around. The restaurant was bright with lots of comfortable window seating. We ordered the Cod and Chips meal. The fish was yummy with just enough batter without seeming oily. The chips could have used a better potato type but did the job. The coleslaw was awesome - tasty, fresh, and crunchy. The food portions were good. Service was attentive and friendly. The menu was laid out nicely with a good variety of items to choose from .“
