Reading some of the reviews, it's clear to see when you arrive that if you're not a regular you are relegated to 2nd, even 3rd rate service.We tried Rainbow Butterfly to explore alternatives to our favourite DimSum joint, Westview Oriental, and first looked to the reviews before making reservations.Most comments suggest the food is good, but service is questionable. It was crowded even though it was past noon.I wonder if it's popular?It was delicious, but I got angry with the staff at the restaurant.I brought it by mistake, but they told me I had put chopsticks on it and tried to take my money.I refused because I didn't need it, but he was arrogant.
