While the coffee remains as good as at other JJ locations, making it a popular spot for coffee lovers, some staff members have been known to lack enthusiasm and proper hygiene practices. The breakfast sandwiches are really good when available, but the delivery doesn't arrive until around 9 am, which can be inconvenient for early morning customers. However, the food options are good quality for money and varied, and the staff are often friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to hold customers' dogs' leashes or bring out coffee to those who are nervous to leave their bikes outside.
