Sucks, I went to Burger King in Prince George early today. The cashier didn’t tell me I can’t use the sale price on the back of coupon (coupon doesn’t expire)before I paid. After I saw the receipt and ask them about that, and they said they can’t do price match or refund, and I had no choice but only taking the food with the price I don’t like. Terrible experience.
Good place, good service, good food. I only gave it 3 stars because of an unusual encounter I had in the male washroom, which is in a state of disrepair. I walked in and noticed a hole in the wall—roughly 3 to 4 inches in diameter—with the word "gloryhole" scribbled above it. Unaware of what that meant but growing more curious by the second, I used my keychain flashlight to have a look inside. The restaurant is busy, but the team manages to handle drive-thru, dine-in, and take-out orders efficiently. Customers appreciate the hot, fresh food and the great service. However, it has been noted that the restaurant may need to renew their subscription to satellite radio, as the same music plays over and over. Overall, the positive attitude of the staff makes it a pleasant experience for everyone.
