“Stopped at Carl’s Jr. in Prince George and had a really solid meal. I ordered the Big Carl combo with a Coke and everything came out fresh and made to order. The burger tasted like it had just come off the grill, the toppings were fresh, and the bun was soft without being soggy. You could tell it wasn’t sitting around waiting to be served.
The fries were also fresh, hot, and nicely salted, which honestly makes a huge difference. The Coke was perfect too — super fizzy, ice cold, and exactly what you want with a burger and fries combo.
Overall the food quality felt a step above typical fast food, and the whole meal hit the spot. Staff were friendly, service was quick, and I’d definitely stop here again when I’m craving a good burger in Prince George.

“went to this location after a long day of Uni. I went through the drive through and got 2 California chicken sandwiches (the regular chicken sandwich with caramelized onions, roughly 15$). when i got the sandwiches, I noticed they didn't put on any of the onions. looking at the receipt, they put in the sandwiches wrong. i went inside, explained the issue, and after 5 minutes instead of just giving me some onions they made me two new burgers and told me to keep the originals. so i got 4 burgers out of it, and the burgers always go crazy. nice to see good customer service in the hart area, much better than the McDonalds when it comes to fixing mistakes.“
