normally I would recommend here but it's gone way down hill ...my burger was way over cooked n dry same with the chicken straps my niece ordered n the wife's salad was soggy n her chicken was dry ... with the bottom less drinks n fries we got 1 refill only n the waiters didn't check on us till we were done... he said he would tell his manager n we never got a reply after I complained... I've been a long time customer but now I'm done with them if I could give a 0 I would STAY...read full review
fries soggy, over cooked
I ordered the Ensenada chicken platter. There was a choice of one or two chicken breasts. I order the one breast option. when it came there was only half a chicken breast. When I asked the waitress about it she said they were running it of chicken. I told her I wasn't happy about it. She offered fries? I still had to pay 16.99 for what wasn't much more than a chicken nugget. Very disappointing. The picture I'd what the menu said it should look like. not even close
