Great coffee… But $5.50 for a large is a bit ridiculous
What a great local coffee shop. Good variety of menu items, and unique. I liked the vibe in there as well and the fact that they sell local homemade items as it shows respect for our community. Going there for the first time today made me question myself "why did I wait so long to try this coffee shop"?

Things I love about the Open Door Cafe: great coffee, great variety of ‘treats’, even for people with dietary sensitivities. Cannot rave enough about the Gluten Free selections - they’ve essentially curated all the best local GF bakeries into their cooler. The staff are awesome and friendly and good natured even when slammed. Love supporting a fabulous local business like this and wish them all the continued success for years to come (and maybe another location too?!)

The cafe's drive-thru opens at 6AM, making it a convenient alternative to nearby coffee chains. The atmosphere is inviting and cheerful, perfect for sitting and talking or working on a laptop. Many visitors consider it probably the best coffee shop in Prince George and highly recommend taking a trip there to enjoy the gorgeous setting and delicious coffee.
