While on a work trip to Prince Rupert, I was able to finally try Fukasaku. Wow ... It is a special place. Unique, great artwork, cool books, amazing views of the harbor and the best food I have had in the pacific northwest. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and I love it every time. Beautiful views and beautiful food. Vegan and vegetarian friendly. The green tea iced cream is dairy free and gluten free
