My wife and I recently dined at The Sapphire Room in Qualicum Beach for my 65th birthday. The restaurant completely blew my expectations away. I had what I consider to have been the best meal out at a restaurant that I've ever experienced. I ordered their version of a Caesar Salad to start, and added the optional Spanish white Anchovies. Amazing hidden gem! The atmosphere, the staff and the food are absolutely the best around! Highly recommended and will keep coming back every opportunity we have!
My wife and I were staying at the Mansion and since the Sapphire Room was right there, we would try it. What a lovely experience. Our waiter, Dave, was so nice and attentive, the setting was outstanding and the food was amazing. We had the scallops, bread and I had the filet mignon and my wife had the sea bass. Exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
