I took my wife to The Sapphire Room at The Mansion in Qualicum Beach for her special birthday. We were seated at a beautiful table by the window. The service was thoroughly professional, unhurried and attentive - thanks Steve-o. We shared a classic Caesar salad, one of the best ever.
