Was glad to find some tofu in the terminal, but the sauce was non-vegan, so my bahn mi was pretty bland and dry. Still seems like the best vegan option in the US terminal though.
Staff was knowledgeable and able to tell me right away how to make the sandwich vegan (no sauce), which was helpful.

The cashier was also vegan and was trying to get me what she usually has. It was a good amount of food, but all of their sauces have some fish sauce in them, so it was a sticky and bland affair
Get the morning rice bowl! It was the best food I’ve ever had at an airport, maybe beating some restaurants we’ve been to. I was shocked to see the rating for this place be so low, but don’t sleep on the rice bowl.
