Great food with gigantic proportions. Very spicy very delicious. Service was so good the servers are very sweet and ready to help. Atmosphere is great, lovely design of furnitures and funny little quotes on the walls. Very enjoyable very authentic experience

The food is as authentic as it comes, I haven't had such good Sichuan food since I went back to visit family. The service was amazing, they were extremely pleasant and understanding, as well as quick with service. And the Atmosphere feels as if you're truly in China.

I am a food delivery driver and i picked the orders from this restaurant. But today the order got cancelled when i get. I asked the receptionist to use their washroom for a minute and they were like we don’t have public washroom. Actually they need to know we are delivery drivers who deliver their food to their customers.

The food is amazing, but the service left much to be desired, particularly from one female server wearing glasses. She insisted I pay with debit or cash if the total was under $30 (my bill was $28), which made me suspect they were trying to avoid taxes. I didn't have cash or debit on me, so I asked if I could pay with a credit card instead. She ROLLED her EYES and reluctantly said "fine." This attitude frustrated me to the point that I considered not leaving a tip, but she had the nerve to point out that I hadn't tipped.
On the other hand, another server with a ponytail was sweet, so I felt at least she deserved something. Despite the excellent food, I won’t be returning, and I advise guys to be cautious if served by the woman with glasses.

I placed my order at 3pm and it took me half an hour to be served two bowls of noodles, two bowls of mixed noodles... Did I order some amazing noodles? ? The peas in the bowl were a bit hard and not dense. As a Chongqing native, I don’t think this is authentic.
Very poor service ? There are no more than five tables of customers in the store. During this period, no waiter took the initiative to explain. Please avoid this kind of service.

We are regular customers and it used to be worth traveling all the way for a bowl of noodles. But recently I feel the level is extremely unstable! The peas were not simmered several times, and the noodle soup had no flavor. I even started adding spicy millet to the noodle soup. Innovation is not a fool's errand. I don't want to go there again.

The food was good, but on the spicy side, so be prepared. We ordered the spicy beef noodles, which was delicious! The broth was flavourful and thick. We also ordered the taro intestine chicken, which was only okay. It's on the oily side.
The letdown was the ambiance and service. Lots of flies in the corner table, in a dark corner. We didn't want to sit there so we moved tables. The "clean" bowls were stacked on the table, felt greasy, and had some debris in them. We had to ask for water, napkins, and chopsticks. The food took forever to arrive, 20 minutes for the noodles, and 30 for the spicy chicken pot. We tried to get a server's attention but were ignored multiple times. Even asking for the bill took forever. They're seriously understaffed. It was a pretty terrible experience, would not go back.
