Best Fortune Restaurant (上上签) in Richmond is a must-try for mala lovers!
We ordered the mixed hot pot with crayfish (maralongsha), pig trotters, chicken feet, fish cake, and noodles. The spicy mala broth was flavorful and adjustable, and everything soaked up the seasoning perfectly. The crayfish was especially good, tender and full of that classic mala kick.
