I was really disappointed with my recent order. The chicken on the chicken pizza had a strong, unpleasant smell and was completely inedible. It ruined the whole meal. I ended up having to return the meal as it was inedible. I hope they take food quality more seriously, because this experience makes me hesitate to visit the place again whenever I’m shopping at McArthur Glen shopping mall.

So delicious and very generous servings. I tried the salmon pizza and once I added some chili flakes, it was perfect. I also got a side of baked potato and they were massive, I was definitely ambitious ordering all of this for one! They do a nice spiced Caesar too.

I get that catering to transient tourists can make one jaded and unimpressed. But the locals still make the trip to the mall and dine there. This place is very lacklustre and can do so much better.
The pizza dough is on point, but then with the toppings it just starts to go sideways.. cheap ingredients, not well executed..
Guest seating seems to stump host & servers. It’s the wild Wild West. Despite the wait to be seated sign, it becomes musical chairs: if you have your hand on a table, you just laid claim.

The food was awful , Pizza was too salty with uncooked toppings and tomato sauce, Lasagna was the worst with only tomato sauce and lasagna. Honestly do not waste your money. However, we did bring up our concerns with your server during our visit, but unfortunately, they didn’t seem to care or take any action. This lack of response is precisely why we felt it was necessary to write an honest review afterward. We always prefer to resolve issues on the spot, but when that isn’t an option, sharing our experience is the next best way to provide feedback.
