Sad :( ordered a 2oz. Espresso and it was lukewarm and tasted extremely off. The sugar wouldn't even melt because of the temperature of the drink being so cool.

The hot chocolate was really good especially on a rainy night. The place seemed really dirty and dark and they seem understaffed (it was only one person) but to be fair it was the last few hours of the night. Could be improved but overall decent place to have a warm drink

This cozy little café is a must-visit if you want something beyond Starbucks! The cardamom latte & rosemary vanilla latte are divine! Buttery croissants, decent pastries, and the cutest indoor/outdoor seating to enjoy your coffee in the cold 👌🏻 Must try!

I had a very unacceptable experience with one of your baristas today. I ordered a caramel macchiato and was informed that they do not put caramel on top. I immediately said that it was fine and I had no issue with it. Despite that, the barista continued and told me that if I wanted caramel on top I should go to Starbucks instead. He also added that he was “busy enough” and didn’t need me to come there.
This kind of attitude is extremely rude and disrespectful. No customer should be told to go elsewhere or made to feel unwelcome. This is not just poor service — it is hostile behavior. I expect the company to seriously address this situation, and to ensure that staff providing customer service are properly trained to speak to customers with respect.
