Coffee was not good and service was slow. Coffee tasted like water.

0 star. If you prefer tasteless, poor service and gaslighting behaviour then this is the place. Better off at Tim Hortons or McDonald’s. Waste of money. It’s not that hard to make an ice blended drink. Here’s a tip, use a measuring cup instead of eyeballing it ?? Then the audacity to refuse a refund ??

No I did not feel valued, my cup did not reflect your commitment to roasting excellence and this location did not deliver quality, simplicity or an elevated experience.

Sometimes, it's hard to find seats here. Also, it doesn't look clean. There are not many options for coffee in the outlet, so there no choice.

The recommendation by the staff was perfect. I wanted something cold, and I had a ice cold Spanish oatmeal latte. It was perfect!

Hey i just cant express my emotions how i felt first time visiting this place. I visited this place with my girlfriend for the first time and never knew that our experience wud b so devastating. We ordered two hot chocolates and wanted to try something to eat with it. My girlfriend asked the cashier out of curiosity if they had cheese denish, but the cashier told us in very unexpected way that “ its not a Starbucks”. It was very shocking for us because we dint expect this kinda of statement cause we are very well aware that we are not in starbucks. I really dont understand that instead of saying that they dont have cheese denish, she said its not Starbucks. After hearing this, we sadly cancelled our order. If the girl reads this i would want her to understand and not to do this again cause its very disrespectful.

The place was quite big for the usual artigiako cafe. It was spacious enough for a comfortable seating. The crew were nice and helpful.
I ordered the Chicken Baguette (14.50CAD), it was delicious! Highly recommend this item. For the drink I ordered small Chai Latte which was also highly recommended. This cafe is a good place in the McArthur Glenn Mall for a cup of coffee or tea and sandwiches and pastries.

Liked the croissant but the place is too dirty, looking on their kitchen floor is disgusting, they put a furniture closing their kitchen entrance and a lot of spider webs around its legs. The receptionist looked to me and was like, “I don’t want to be here”, if you are not happy with your job quit, if you cannot quit pretend but give a better customer service while you are on any position.

$9.40 without a tip for a medium sized drink with oat milk is hilarious

Such a good place to serve fabulous coffee, I ordered a Spanish decaf latte, very smooth, would try others next time. The cheese scones were so delicious, freshly made with cheese cheddar and some veggies, perfect to go with my latte.
