I was standing at their counter, holding their menu in handy, and ready to order. The two women behind the counter were sharing, what I think was a funny story, ad they were laughing, but I don't know what language they were speaking. I stood there for over a minute before realizing that they dont want to have a customer disturb their conversation.

The food is definitely overpriced for the serving size. $15 for a small sandwich with minimal toppings. The Cajun sandwich did not have any Cajun seasoning whatsoever. Skip this and grab an A&W combo instead. Customer service was good but the food pricing was high and quality was pretty low

We had the spicy Italian focaccia at the designer outlet mall near Vancouver Airport. The bread and sandwich as a whole was absolutely amazing. Perfect blend of flavour so much so that I even went back and thanked the staff. I only appear to write 5 star reviews but I loved it :).

I tried the Prosciutto, the Cali and the Spicy Italian. All of them were amazing, I don't know why people rated them so bad. Although the food was really good, the customer service is not the best.

Worst service I visited today there's girl working over there she don't even know how to behave with someone she's showing her attitude to everyone i really don't recommend anyone to go over there
There was almost no chicken in the Banh Mi, and the mac and cheese was the worst I have ever tasted. I had to throw it away because it tasted sour, as if the cheese was expired.

Very nice place offers a variety of different options on their menu but my recommendation is definitely Cali chicken??
I definitely suggest you to visit this place when you’re at McArthur outlet ??

Took home the loaded baquette, put half into the toaster for 3-4 minutes, truly a great sandwich, complex flavors from meat, red onions, veg, spicy sauce, very satisfying, friendly staff,

Chachi Sandwiches at Richmond McArthurGlen Outlet is a fantastic spot for a quick, satisfying meal. The Cajun chicken sandwich is a standout, packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. Pairing it with their lemonade and chips combo is a great bargain, offering both value and taste. The tomato soup and cheese toast make for a comforting, delicious option, and their mac 'n' cheese is creamy and delightful. The service is fast and friendly, making it a go-to for a tasty, affordable meal!

The person who was working here at 3:30 on June 3 was so so awesome! She made the sandwiches really well and absolutely loved the sandwich choice too. I don’t normally write reviews, but have to for this one!

Having just waited at the Baggage claim at the YVR airport for over half a day, I was starving to the point where anything SHOULD have tasted good. After finally claiming my packed bags and getting on the Skytrain home, my stomach urged me to grab a bite to eat, so I got off the Skytrain at Templeton and went to this location in MacArthurglen to grab a bite, since it was the only empty restaurant at that time. Little did I know it was probably empty for a reason. I walked in and was "greeted" by a cashier working with airpods in. The worker hardly attempted to make conversation as they clearly prioritized the music in their ears over the satisfaction of the customer. I ordered the Mac n Cheese, which they recommended, and watched in awe as they scooped out this soggy mac and cheese out of a tray (free of steam) that seemed to be left out for hours on end. The portion she gave me for a large size would be less than a snack for the 5 year old that I have at home! Furthermore, the taste of the Macaroni and cheese repulsed my taste buds, reminding me of the taste of overcooked kraft dinner. Needless to say, I was unable to finish my order, and I opted to stop by at 7-Eleven to buy a much needed Taquito. I have opted to not mention the name of the worker as I hope they can see this and use this review as a sign to reevaluate their performance on the job.
DO BETTER!

"After eagerly anticipating a comforting meal, I was utterly dismayed by the mac n cheese served at Chachis. Regrettably, it was far from the delightful experience I had hoped for. The dish was profoundly disappointing, lacking both flavor and the creamy, cheesy goodness one expects from such a classic comfort food. The pasta was overcooked, the cheese sauce was grainy and lacked richness, and the overall taste was bland and unappetizing. The disappointment was so intense that it cast a shadow over my entire dining experience, making me regret my choice of restaurant for the evening. It's disheartening when a meal you look forward to turns out to be such a letdown, and this was, without exaggeration, one of the most unsatisfying dining experiences I've had.I strongly recommend the restaurant reevaluate their recipe and preparation techniques for this dish. As it stands, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone seeking a delicious mac n cheese experience. There are numerous other establishments that offer a far superior version of this beloved dish, and I urge potential diners to consider these alternatives.
I beg you guys to not eat here, and waste your money on this horrendous $10 mac n cheese, please.
