Fujiwara Tofu Cafe is an amazing spot for Initial D fans and a must-visit in Vancouver/Richmond area. The cafe features impressive manga wall panels and continuously plays Initial D anime, creating an immersive atmosphere for enthusiasts. They sell a variety of Initial D goodies and even give out free stickers, which was a highlight of my trip. The mochi desserts were delightful and added to the unique charm of the place. With its great food and incredible ambiance, Fujiwara Tofu Cafe offers an unforgettable experience for any Initial D anime/manga fan. Highly recommended!

The fat and juicy pork belly and the crispy pork are really great. The texture of the crispy pork belly is so fresh and numb. One bite is amazing. The crispy pork is really the best in Richmond. The roast duck rack is also the most crunchy and delicious. Really not bad. Although there are not many choices of dishes, the advantage is that every dish is carefully selected and exquisite, and none of them is too bad.

Milk tea shop and delicious snacks, reasonable prices, the owner is a classic car enthusiast, especially Japanese cars, so the interior and decoration style specializing in cars is very unique. The restaurant is open late until 1:00 which is a strong point for an economically gloomy city after the consequences of covid19.

Why hasn't it closed down yet?

Was excited to try their mango shaved ice, upon opening and trying at home, there’s a dead fruit fly/ bug in the layers. Repulsive and thrown away. Complete waste of $20(!) avoid this place at all costs.

I hear they include pet rats in their initial D collection of characters now. They were even shutdown for this in the news so maybe actually not pets. Mediocre food with premium prices to pay for that fan boy ambience.
