Caution: Ive received a $1 hong kong coin instead of a loonie.
I went to grab lunch at Richmond Public Place and noticed a the stall under new management. The colorful displays immediately caught my attention. Haven't been here even though we've been to the Richmond Public Market food court multiple times. Read that they changed management recently so decided to order their Signature Baked Pork Chop with Tomato & Cream Sauce on Rice that comes with a hot drink (HK Milk Tea).
Overall it was a pretty satisfying meal. This was different because usually you would not see a mix of sauces for the pork chop. There was some mushrooms in the cream sauce and tomatoes in the red sauce....read full review

Hong Kong Cafeteria Inc. is a new gem at Richmond Public Market, having opened about 2 months ago. The good is excellent, and the service is top-notch, allowing customers to chat for hours without feeling rushed. The restaurant features a modern ordering system that posts ready orders. The Hong Kong Style Milk Tea is not too sweet, although the flavor might not be perfectly balanced. The Thai fried rice is a standout dish, while the French toast was below average, lacking in flavor even when paired with honey.
