The food was not bad, but I was really put off by how they kept calling me ma'am. Do they know that means they think you're an old lady?? It makes me think twice about going there again if I know they're going to greet me that way.
Surprisingly I had one of the best (decaf) iced Americanos ever at this place. I guess I get the Illy hype now! Iced Americano wasn’t on the menu, but regular Caffé Americano was, and they had other iced espresso drinks, so I figured I’d ask if they could make it since there was no one else lined up, and they said yes. Nice staff! The drink was so smooth, almost creamy, without a hint of acidity, but it wasn’t weak at all. Very pleasant surprise to have coffee like this...

Coffee should be fine though!
