Got a dog on arrival at YVR - Taste is good but bread ruined it sadly. They need to use a brioche bun or something better. The bread was dry and too much for the dog.

Food is good, but most often than not, the place is filthy. Tables left with food crumbs, floors are sticky. No one tasked to clean the tables properly once after each use. Often would have to wipe away the crumbs with tissue off to one side of the table. Overall, an unhygienic place wonder if the food is safe as well.

Today, the two of us ordered #7 ebi tempura, and #8 tonkatsu. We chose the store for two reasons: 1. We had tried it before, and it was not bad, 2. The line was short, and we are kinda hungry. However, the waiting time for us was actually around 40 mins :( and to be fair, I was expecting something at least somewhat decent. #8 was alright, but #7 the one I ordered was literally 98% carbs (rice + bun), in addition to 2% one piece of skinny tempura... I felt quite unpleasant about the experience, and just want to give a handsup for those who might been interested in #7.

I had one of the best poutines. The taste was amazing! The hotdog was okay (wasn’t very tasty). Their customer service is also very good and friendly

We stopped by Japadog for a quick snack (emphasis on QUICK) because the line was anything but. The place was packed, and to be fair, the concept is cool and the dogs are definitely unique. My friends enjoyed their Spicy Cheese Terimayo and Kurobuta Terimayo, which looked and smelled pretty tasty.

For me, I swear I ordered the Wagyu Dog but somehow ended up with the Menchikatsu Dog which was a glorified meatball in a bun for $14. Not sure where the wagyu wandered off to, but it definitely wasn’t in my meal. Tasted fine, but for that price I wanted to be wow’d, not womp’d.

Fun for the novelty and worth trying once, but keep expectations realistic and maybe triple check your order.

Terrible customer service, every time you have to wait at least 10 minutes to only order even during less busy times
And The floor is always sticky!!!

Horrible customer service. They called the wrong number for my order and I waited for over 20 minutes for 2 hotdogs. I had to go up to the counter and ask about my order before they said “it was a mistake” all the while my order was done and sitting on the counter getting cold. They did not even apologize. 0 stars if I could.

I love that they have a vegetarian menu. The hot dog i chose was yummy, i would get it again. I would give 5/5 but they charge 37 cents for a paper cup lol.

The food was good, but all the tables were very dirty. It looked busy when we got there but when we got our food to when we left no one else came in. One of the workers could have gone around and wiped down the table's
